Seven Springs Road (FR24)

Report problems, or check for issues on a trail you plan to run
Forum rules
Before you post- please search for the trail and see if there's already a thread on it, and if so add your comments to it. If you can't find a thread you started, chances are it got merged with an existing thread about the same trail. Please include the FR (Forest Road) number and/or common nickname (for example, FR3456, Log Corral), and as much detail as possible. TRAL can use this info to plan repairs or report the issues to the responsible agency, and hopefully get the problems resolved!

Seven Springs Road (FR24)

Post by -Spike- » Thu May 23, 2019 9:45 pm

Seven Springs Road (FR24) is a major north-south route in the Cave Creek district. It is a continuation of Cave Creek Road at the south end, and connects with Table Mesa Road (FR41) about halfway up its length and its north end terminates at a junction with Bloody Basin Road (FR269), both of which connect with Interstate 17 to the west. Seven Springs Road is regularly maintained, and can usually be travelled in a high-clearance 2wd vehicle, although 4wd is recommended. There are dozens of routes that come off of FR24 and some improved and unimproved camping areas.
