Scottsdale Off-road EXPO - Mar 2 & 3

Post by azrich » Sun Feb 24, 2019 10:10 am

TRAL will be at the Scottsdale Off-road Expo on March 2nd and 3rd. RideNow Powersports has again donated a section of their area for us to use.

The Expo is open to the pubic Saturday, March 2nd from 9AM to 6PM and March 3rd from 9AM to 5PM. We are looking for a few TRAL volunteers who would like to help run our booth.

RideNow was not sure how many passes they were going to be able to give us as of last Friday so we'll figure out how many volunteers we'll need in the next couple of days. As with the last Expo, we can schedule volunteers in morning and afternoon shifts. Pres Adams is going to help with the shift scheduling but to start to get a feel for interest, please respond to this post if you are interested in helping on Saturday or Sunday, morning or afternoon.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this. Our contact at RideNow is traveling and I haven't heard back about number of passes or when setup starts. I'm assuming that we'll be able to get in to set up at least by Friday afternoon.

We could still use a couple more people, especially on Sunday morning.

That's great Trent! We are meeting at the front/main entrance at about 8:30. If I'm not there at that time, give me a call on my cell and I'll come out.

For the expo on Saturday, let's meet at the front entrance about 8:30. I'll have the passes after today and if I'm not out front, call me on my cell.
