The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM
by Rich Smith.
Area Updates
Mesquite – No update this month.
Bulldog – Patrick reported that the entry
gate at Wolverine is unlocked nearly every time his guys go out. There needs to be signs that direct
people to staging.
Butcher Jones – No update this
month.
Forest Service Update
Fire restrictions will remain in place
until the first rain.
Wallow Fire – there are over 2,000
firefighters and the fire is 0% contained.
Don’t forget to have a Tonto Pass if you
are in a developed site.
Payson’s District Ranger is Angela
Eziam.
There was an accident at Wolverine
involving an ATV. The rider fell 80’ after crashing while riding double
Travel Management is still
proceeding
Art is retiring November 1st.
The pipe rails are going up Monday at
Sugarloaf.
Open Discussion
The End-of-Year event will be this weekend
at Sunflower. Rich will be there Friday around 3:00 PM. Lunch is on your own, but
dinner and breakfast will be available Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday, if there is enough left.
With no other business to address, the
