Open Discussion
Rich reported that TRĀL has received it’s
501(c)3 status from the IRS, which means we are now legally a tax exempt organization.
The “Friends of TRĀL” donation program is
making progress. Donations will be made through the TRĀL website using PayPal. We
will be asking for a $25.00 minimum donation. “Friend of TRĀL” support
stickers will be sent to donors in addition to some discount coupons from retailers. We have
Rocky Mountain ATV/MC as a sponsor and are working with Cycle Gear. We need to finish up support
from a couple of 4WD sponsors as well.

The Forest Service is reviewing comments
and preparing alternatives, which should be completed by summer 2010. They are on schedule for maps to
be completed by the end of 2010.
